How is the LUXE RETREATS® collection selected?
Selection considers the entire stay: the setting, architecture, privacy, condition, and the people responsible for the home. Price alone does not earn a place in the collection. Every candidate requires a personal review before inclusion.
Are the displayed rates a final quote?
No. Displayed rates are indicative starting figures from the property record. Your dates, occupancy, minimum stay, taxes, fees, and requested services determine the final proposal.
Can we request a private chef or a yacht day?
Include these preferences in your stay brief so they can be considered alongside the villa. Service availability depends on the destination, property, dates, and providers. Arrangements and pricing must be confirmed before booking.
Is my villa booked when I send an inquiry?
An inquiry starts the planning conversation; it is not a reservation. The team must confirm availability and the full terms for your chosen stay. A booking is established only through the applicable reservation and payment process.

No. Homes differ in layout, location, staffing, and included services. The collection helps you identify possibilities; the written property proposal sets out the arrangements for a particular stay.

What does the $1,200 starting nightly rate mean?
The collection includes villas with a listed starting rate of at least $1,200 USD per night. The price for your dates may differ. Request an itemized proposal covering accommodation, applicable taxes, mandatory fees, and any services you choose.
